Refund policy

To return your order, write "Return Order" on the back of the delivery note. Package the items securely and send them to us with the delivery note within 7 working days of the date that the items were delivered. We request that you email us at info@hoopersframing.co.uk to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. The return address is:

Note: For your protection, we recommend that you use a signed for delivery service. You are responsible for the costs of returning any goods to us unless we delivered the product(s) to you in error.
